What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one 20ft FCL for wood flooring and lumber, and one 40ft FCL for timber logs. Mixed-species containers are accepted to help meet MOQ. For machinery, MOQ is one unit per machine type.
How quickly can I receive a price quote?
We respond to all enquiries within 24 business hours. For straightforward wood product orders, quotes are typically ready the same day. Complex machinery orders or custom specifications may take up to 48 hours.
Do you send samples before a full order?
Yes. Physical sample packs are available for all wood species and grades. Sample dispatch takes 5–7 business days globally. We also provide high-resolution inspection photos and grading reports free of charge.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We offer FOB, CFR and CIF to all major destination ports. DDP is available for established clients in selected countries. We work with your preferred freight forwarder or ours.
Are your products FSC or PEFC certified?
Yes. All hardwood species in our range carry FSC or PEFC chain-of-custody certification. Certificates are provided with every shipment alongside the phytosanitary certificate and Certificate of Origin.
Do you offer machinery installation support?
Yes. All machinery orders include factory acceptance testing, on-site installation supervision and operator training. Our technical director, Tariq Hussain, personally oversees machine commissioning for major installations.
