Do you provide wood samples before placing a full order?

Yes. We send physical sample packs (boards and planks) for all wood species and grades. Samples are dispatched within 5–7 working days globally. We also provide high-resolution inspection photos and grading reports from our sourcing facilities.

What shipping terms do you offer?

We offer FOB (Free on Board), CFR (Cost and Freight) and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) to all major destination ports. For established clients, DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) arrangements can also be discussed. We work with your preferred freight forwarder or ours.

Are all products FSC or PEFC certified?

Yes. All hardwood species in our range carry FSC or PEFC chain-of-custody certification. We provide the relevant certificates with each shipment along with the phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin and packing list.

Can you supply custom dimensions or profiles?

Absolutely. Custom dimensions, profiles (tongue & groove, bevel, square edge), surface treatments and lengths can be arranged with a minimum 1-container order. Please include your full specification sheet when requesting a quote.

What is the typical lead time from order to shipment?
